Products marked with "BUYOUT OPTION" on the product page can be purchased within the first 3 months of renting.

If you want to buy a product that you are renting, please send us an email within this period to get a price. The rental fee you've already paid will be deducted from the purchase price. Once the final invoice is paid, the rental period ends, and the product is officially yours!

We offer fast delivery across Denmark within 10 business days. You can pre-book a delivery date up to four months in advance. Select your delivery date and method at checkout, and choose from the following options: delivery to a DHL service point for DKK 69, choose home delivery for DKK 229 or pick up for free at our warehouse in Stockholm.

The displayed price is the monthly rental fee based on the minimum rental period of your choice (e.g., 3+, 6+, or 12+ months). The “+” symbol indicates that the subscription will automatically renew once the minimum rental period has passed, but it can be canceled at any time without commitment. You can easily adjust or cancel your subscription through your customer account.

Your subscription starts on the delivery date you choose. The first monthly fee is paid at the time of ordering. After that, the fee is charged monthly starting one month after the delivery date.

We maintain and repair damage that occurs due to normal use at no extra cost.

If you add Parently's Damage Coverage, we also cover damage that may occur due to more intensive use, such as a broken stroller handle or damaged wheels. Read more about the damage coverage and our view on usage and maintenance.

You can easily return or exchange your product through your customer account or by contacting us. A fee of DKK 249 applies for exchanges.
