Step 1: Unsubscribe
Log in to your customer account and enter your desired subscription end date. Please note that the cancellation must be made no later than 7 days before the desired end date (after the minimum rental period has passed). If the cancellation is made later than 7 days before the desired end date, the subscription will automatically be extended by another month.
Example: If you want to cancel your subscription on June 24th, the cancellation must be registered no later than June 17th.

Step 2: Await return instructions
Return instructions will automatically be sent to your email once you have cancelled the rental item. The email contains a link to our return portal, where you can select your preferred return method.
Step 3: Prepare your return
You do not need to thoroughly clean the product before returning it. It is sufficient to remove the worst of the dirt from, for example, the wheels of the stroller to avoid dirtying other parts of the product.
Pack the product in the box you received it in or an equivalent box. Ensure the product is protected during transport by using filling material if possible.

Step 4: Return your product
It's now time to return the product to us. Below you can read about our return options. Your rented product is not officially considered returned until it has arrived and been registered at our warehouse. After that, we at Parently will ensure that the product is thoroughly inspected and made ready for the next family.

Return to our warehouse in Stockholm
Cost: Free
- Return the packaged product directly to our warehouse at Götgatan 1B, 172 30 Sundbyberg by the last day of your subscription (otherwise, you will automatically be charged for an additional month's rent).
- Opening hours are Mon-Fri 10 AM - 4 PM. Contact us if you wish to return the product outside of opening hours, and we will send you a personal access code.
- Scan the QR code you find on a wall in the return area with your phone. You will be asked to enter the email address you used when placing the order.
- Take a picture of the product to register the return.

Return via parcel agent (DHL)
Cost: SEK 90 per parcel
- In our return portal, you create one shipping label per parcel.
- Attach the shipping label to the parcel.
- Drop off the parcel by the last day of your subscription at the latest. If it's dropped off later, you'll automatically be charged for an additional month's rent. You can find your nearest DHL Service Point here: DHL ServicePoint Finder
- Once the product arrives at and is registered by our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation that your subscription has been terminated. This usually takes between 1-2 days from when the parcel was sent.

Cost: SEK 340 per package
- Choose a desired pickup date.
- Create one shipping label per package in our return portal.
- Attach the shipping label to the package.

You can choose to return your product directly to our warehouse in Stockholm, via a postal agent (DHL), or by home pickup (DHL).

For long-term rentals (at least 3 months), you create the return shipping label yourself in our return portal, which you will gain access to via the email with return instructions sent to you 7 days before your subscription expires.
For short-term rentals (less than 3 months), you will gain immediate access to the return portal after placing your order, where you can easily create a return shipping label.

In this case, you need to fill out the return form again; in other words, for each return shipping label, the return form must be filled out anew.
Do I have to return the product in the same box it was delivered in?

No, you don't need to use the same box for return as for delivery. The most important thing is that the product is securely packed and protected during transport so that it is not damaged. If you no longer have the original box, you can use a similar box or packaging that provides the same protection.

The subscription ends when the product has been returned to our warehouse.
Please ensure that the product is returned to our warehouse or to an agent no later than the last day of your subscription to avoid being charged for an additional month's rent.

If the product is returned before the end of the minimum rental period you selected when ordering, you will still be charged for the remaining months. Therefore, make sure to cancel the subscription according to the steps above.

Unless you actively cancel your subscription, it will automatically continue each month after the minimum rental period ends. It does not end automatically – you need to cancel it via your customer account.

If you have a long-term rental agreement (at least 3 months), and if you want to return the product directly to us, please cancel your subscription first in your customer portal so that you receive all the information on how to do so.

Please note that our opening hours are Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. When you arrive at our warehouse, you will find a QR code that you can scan to register your return. This can be done even if no one from our team is on site. As long as you visit us during our opening hours, you can always register your return without any issues.
