Found a product you'd like to rent? On this page, you'll find all the details about the delivery and pick-up options we offer when you rent from us. Take a look and choose the option that makes your experience as smooth and convenient as possible!

Delivery Options

  • Delivery to Pick-Up Point (DHL)

    Cost: 69 DKK per package

    • Choose the flexible option of picking up your product when it suits you best. We deliver to pick-up points in Denmark within 10 business days.
    • Please note: If you don't pick up your package on time, a 199 SEK fee will be applied.
  • Home Delivery (DHL)

    Cost: 229 DKK per package

    • Possibly the most convenient option if you want delivery directly to your home.
    • We offer home delivery on weekdays as well as Saturday mornings.

Pick-up Options (only in Sweden)

  • Pick-up at our warehouse in Stockholm

    Cost: Free

    • Self-pickup is the fastest way to receive your product. We offer pick-up within 3 days after you place your order.
    • If you need the product even sooner, within 1-2 days, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange an express pick-up.
    • Pick up your order at our warehouse at Turebergs AllΓ© 2 i Sollentuna on the delivery date you selected when placing your order.
    • Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. If the warehouse is not staffed during this time, you can scan the QR code at our self-pickup location to register your pick-up.
  • Pick-up at Arlanda Airport

    Cost: 299 SEK (includes pick-up and return)

    • For selected short-term products rented for up to 3 months, we offer pick-up and return at Arlanda Airport.
    • Pick-up and return takes place at the baggage storage area on the 1st floor, Terminal 5.
    • You can pick up and return the product 24/7, every day of the week. Read more here.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across all of Denmark – to both pick-up points and directly to your home.

Can I choose which pick-up point my order is delivered to?

You cannot select a specific pick-up point when placing your order, but DHL usually chooses the nearest pick-up point to your home address.

How long is the delivery time?

We deliver to pick-up points in Denmark within 10 business days. In Stockholm, we offer a pickup option that is available within 3 business days of placing your order.

I haven’t received any information about my delivery – when will iI get it?

Once your order is packed, you’ll automatically receive delivery information and a tracking link. Keep an eye on the inbox of the email address you used when placing your order. If the delivery date is more than 4 days away, the tracking link is likely not available yet.

Do I need to keep the product's packaging?

We recommend that you keep and store the product's packaging during the rental period. This makes the return process easier and ensures safe delivery, which allows us to rent the product to the next family.

When does my subscription start?

The subscription starts when you pick up or receive the product.
