Right of Withdrawal

We distinguish between short-term and long-term rentals:

Short-term rentals (up to 2 months)

• Cancel at least 6 days before delivery → 100% refund
• Cancel within 5 days before delivery or return early → no refund

Long-term rentals (3+ months)

• Cancel before shipment → 100% refund
• Cancel after item was dispatched but before delivery → refund minus shipping fees
• After receiving the product, you have 14 days to cancel, but:
  • A minimum of 3 months rental fee applies
  • Delivery and return costs are charged
