Swap a product

We know that things can change in life. That's why we are completely flexible, and you can exchange your current product for another product.

How to Initiate a Swap

To initiate a product swap at Parently, simply send an email to hej@parently.se, including your subscription number and the new desired product. This flexible method allows you to customize your subscription to match your family's changing needs. A product swap can only be made once every twelve (12) months, where the twelve-month period is counted from the date your subscription was activated. The swap must be for an item within the same product category or price range.

Seamless Transition

Once you've decided to swap, Parently ensures a seamless transition. The unique aspect of our swap policy is that you're never left without a product — the old item only needs to be returned within 7 days after receiving the new one. This ensures continuous service without interruption to your daily life.

Subscription Length and Fees

A one-time fee of 249 SEK + 90kr for return label (per return box) applies, covering all logistics involved in delivering the new product to you and returning the old one.
Following the swap, if there's a difference in the rental rate between your old and new product, your monthly fee will be adjusted accordingly. This means your subscription price automatically aligns with the value of the product in use.

The subscription period will not be affected by the exchange.

How does the swap process work?

Send us an email with details of the item you'd like to exchange. We'll ship the new item to you, and once it arrives, you'll have 7 days to return the item you're no longer using.

What is the cost for swapping?

The swap fee is 249 SEK for administration plus 90 SEK per package for returning the item you currently have on rent.

Can I visit the warehouse to return my item and pick up the new one?

Yes, you're welcome to come by the warehouse to drop off your current item and collect the new one.

Does swapping affect my rental period?

Your rental period remains the same.
