Can I travel abroad with the product I'm renting from Parently?

Yes, there's absolutely no problem with that. However, we ask that you use the recommended suitcases as handling at airports can sometimes be quite rough.

How does Parently ensure the quality of its rental products?

All products rented out by Parently are thoroughly cleaned and meet the latest safety standards. This ensures that they are both safe and hygienic for your child.

What types of products are available as "Pre-Loved"?

We offer a wide range of "Pre-Loved" products, such as strollers, car seats, bikes, and other baby equipment. The products have been cleaned and repaired as needed to meet our quality standards.

Where can I find the correct manual for my product?

Is there a warranty included with the products?

Yes, all products are covered by a warranty provided by the manufacturer. We ensure that all products we offer meet our high standards and our customers' expectations.

What are the different types of car seats available and how do I know which one is right for my child?

There are three main types of car seats: rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats. Each type is designed for different age groups and sizes. Read our installation guide to find the best option for your child.

Can I return my product to your warehouse and pick up the new one?

Yes, you are welcome to return your current product to our warehouse and pick up the new one there.

Does a change affect the rental period?

Typically, your rental period is not affected, but if there are less than 3 months remaining on your rental period, you will need to rent the new product for at least an additional 3 months.

Subscription

How do I manage my subscription details?

You can manage your subscription details, as well as extend or change your rental period here: https://login.parently.se/auth/login. There you can adjust the length of the rental period or cancel your subscription.

Can I extend my current subscription?

If your product has not been returned by the subscription end date, your subscription will automatically be extended by 1 month at a time at no extra cost. This allows you to keep the product for as long as you need it.
