Delivery & Pickup

Fast delivery across Sweden in 5-7 working days, 3-day pick-up in Stockholm. You can choose the delivery date up to 4 Months in advance. The delivery date can be selected during the payment process. Pick up for free from our warehouse or choose delivery and return via a DHL service point for 90 SEK per order.

Price & Subscription

The displayed price is the monthly rental fee based on the minimum rental period. After this period, your subscription continues automatically but can be cancelled at any time.

You can choose your preferred delivery date during checkout. Your subscription starts on the selected delivery date. The first month's fee is paid at the time of ordering, and subsequent payments are charged monthly, starting one month after the delivery date.

The โ€œ+โ€ symbol next to the rental period means your subscription can be extended beyond the minimum rental period. You can continue renting month by month with full flexibility and no commitment. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your online account.

Damage, Wear, & Repair

We maintain and repair damages caused by normal use at no additional cost.

If you add Parently Damage Coverage, we also cover damages that may occur from more intensive use, such as a broken stroller handle or damaged wheels. Read more about the damage protection and our our view on product use and care.

Returns & Exchanging Products

For returns or exchanges, use your customer account or contact hej@parently.se for a simple process. There is a fee of SEK 249 for exchanges, which makes it easy to always have the right product.

Despite its large capacity, the Bugaboo Donkey 3 Mono with a width of 60 cm is as narrow as a single stroller and easily fits through standard doorways. So there is nothing stopping you from taking the children on fun adventures and exploring the world together.

Thanks to the front swivel wheels, the tight turning radius and the adjustable handlebars, the Bugaboo Donkey is easy to maneuver with one hand. No terrain is too difficult for the large foam filled tires which also make it easy to get up and down pavements. In more difficult terrain, sand or snow, put the stroller in the two-wheel position and move forward easily and smoothly.
