Each "travel-ready" product is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets high safety standards. We do not refurbish "travel-ready" products, but always ensure they are fully functional and hygienically cleaned. If a part of a product is broken, we will, of course, replace it, but no cosmetic improvements are made. The color of the products may vary and is not guaranteed.

Your rental product will be ready for pickup on your chosen pickup date at the lost and found desk in Terminal 5 at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. You can pick it up 24/7, regardless of your flight's arrival time. The exact location and clear instructions will be sent to you via email. Read more in our FAQ about renting at Arlanda.

Your rental period starts on the pick-up date you choose and ends on the selected return date. The fee for the entire period is charged at the time of booking.

We maintain and repair damages that arise during normal use at no extra cost.

If you add Parently's Travel Protection, we also cover damages that may occur during more intensive use, such as a broken stroller handlebar or damaged wheels. Read more about travel protection and our view on use and care.
